The short version

This website is operated by Rebel. By using rebelwaks.com or buying something from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

1. Who these terms apply to

Anyone who visits the site, places an order, creates an account, or contributes content. The terms apply even if you're just browsing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country — or have a parent or legal guardian's consent — to use the site or place an order. You agree not to use our products or the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and not to transmit malware, spam, or destructive code.

3. The store

rebelwaks.com runs on Shopify, which provides the underlying e-commerce platform. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and limit quantities at our discretion.

4. Products and pricing

We work to make sure product descriptions, colors, and availability are accurate, but we don't warrant that they're error-free. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure. Let us know right away at hello@rebelwaks.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. Payment and orders

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount, including tax and any applicable fees. If payment is declined or an order is flagged by our fraud screening, we may cancel it.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, both of which are incorporated into these terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on rebelwaks.com — artwork, photography, text, product designs, logos, and the Rebel name — is the property of Rebel (or licensed to us) and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

9. User content

If you post reviews, comments, photos, or other content on the site or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content in our marketing and communications. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you share.
