Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order — domestic and international. No minimum purchase, no small-print thresholds.

Processing

In-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, via trackable mail.

Domestic (United States)

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days from the day your order leaves our warehouse. Expedited options are available at checkout.

International

Transit time is typically 10–14 business days, depending on destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes set by your local government — those are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

A note on USPS tracking

Occasionally USPS shows a package as "delivered" a day before it actually lands on your porch. If that happens, give it another business day — in our experience it almost always shows up.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we're not able to refund or replace it outside of a carrier-confirmed lost-in-transit claim. If your tracking shows the package is stuck or missing, email us at hello@rebelwaks.com and we'll help you open a claim.
