How quickly will my order ship?
For all in-stock items shipping within the USA we typically fulfill your order within 3 business days. We ship Monday—Friday via trackable mail. This means 3-6 business days for transit time from the day it leaves our warehouse.
PLEASE NOTE: If you live in the United States and we are shipping to you via US Priority Mail sometimes the tracking can be off by a day or so. If you track your package and it says "delivered", but you don't have it in hand please be patient and give it another day or so. From our experience it typically arrives the next business day.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return or exchange of any product within 30 days from the delivery date. Contact our customer care via the Contact Us page to receive the return form and initiate a return, or visit our return policy for more info.
What do I do if I have not received my order?
Look at your email confirmation for your order, track it online using the carrier’s website. If the tracking information looks like your package has stalled, contact customer service via theContact Us page.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only offer shipping within the 48 contiguous states of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience
