Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's how returns and exchanges work at Rebel.
30-day returns
Return any unworn, unwashed item in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Tags must be attached, items in their original poly bag, and hygiene liners intact on swim pieces. Final-sale and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Prepaid return labels
Email us at hello@rebelwaks.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Your first exchange ships both ways on us — we cover the return label and the outbound shipping on the replacement. Additional exchanges on the same order are customer-paid on return; outbound remains free.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. You'll get an email confirmation as soon as it's processed. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Condition counts
If an item comes back without tags, outside its polybag, dirty, covered in pet hair, or smelling of smoke or perfume, we reserve the right to issue a partial credit — or, in extreme cases, to decline the refund and send the item back. This isn't us being precious. It's so the next person who orders your size gets it in the condition you'd want it in.
Defective or flawed items
We stand behind every piece of gear we make. If you think a product has a workmanship or material flaw within 90 days of purchase, email a photo to hello@rebelwaks.com and we'll take a look.
A few things that aren't defects:
- Material pilling from friction with a saddle bag, race belt, or rough surface
- Skin chafing — try BodyGlide or a similar barrier product
- Normal fade or wear from regular training and racing
